Special Juvenile Police Units (SJPU)As per JJ Act, Special Juvenile Police Units (SJPU) is to be set up in every districts and city to co- ordinate and upgrade the police interface with children. All the police officer, designated as child welfare officers (now known as Child Welfare Police officers) in the district/city are members of SJPU.
